Dialogue to ReviewNational NGO Policy and NGO Act Cap 109

On April 7, 2025, we participated in a dialogue to review the National NGO Policy & the NGO Act, Cap 109.

The meeting was aimed at gathering data in a bid to update the regulatory framework, enhance support for the sector, and promote accountability. The government, CSOs, and other stakeholders were represented.

We listened and provided appropriate information to the regulator and other stakeholders to inform the proposed review.
