He emphasizes that the existing initiatives like the Youth Venture Capital Fund and Youth Livelihood Programme have been ineffective due to poor coordination and lack of proper monitoring.
Mafundo proposes the creation of a youth bank within the Uganda Development Bank to streamline these efforts, ensuring better access to funds and improved outcomes for the youth.
